Obvestilo o obdelavi
osebnih podatkov:
Zgornje osebne podatke UL Veterinarska fakulteta, potrebuje za namen izvedbe
dogodka, potrebno komuniciranje v zvezi z njim in morebitnim plačilom (pravna
podlaga je 6/1(b) člen GDPR), hranili pa jih bomo 5 let od zaključka dogodka
oz. poplačila vseh obveznosti. Če nam svojih osebnih podatkov ne boste želeli
posredovati, se dogodka žal ne boste mogli udeležiti. Če ste se strinjali, da
vam pošiljamo obvestila s podobno tematiko, potem ste nam dali svojo osebno
privolitev (6/1(a) člen GDPR) in v tem primeru lahko svojo privolitev kadar koli
prekličete preko povezave v prejetem sporočilu. V primeru vaše osebne
privolitve bomo osebne podatke hranili do preklica. Vaše osebne podatke bomo
posredovali izvajalcu izobraževanja ter drugim osebam, ki imajo z UL Veterinarsko
fakuulteto sklenjeno ustrezno pogodbo po členu 28 GDPR. V primeru pošiljanja
obvestil bomo osebne podatke posredovali ponudniku programske opreme za
pošiljanje e-pošte, s katerim ima Univerza sklenjeno ustrezno pogodbo po GDPR. Obveščamo
vas, da lahko kadar koli uveljavljate pravico do dostopa do svojih osebnih
podatkov, popravek, izbris (v primeru osebne privolitve), pravico do omejitve
obdelave (v primerih, določenih v GDPR), in pravico do prenosljivosti podatkov.

vaših pravic ne uresničujemo ustrezno, pa se lahko pritožite Informacijskemu
pooblaščencu RS (ip-rs.si).
