Informacije o obdelavi osebnih podatkov
Vaše osebne podatke, zbrane s tem prijavnim obrazcem, bo Rektorat Univerze v Ljubljani (Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana), kot upravljavec osebnih podatkov obdelovala za namen izvedbe usposabljanja za mikrodokazila ter izdaje potrdila o opravljenem usposabljanju za mikrodokazila (pravna podlaga člen 6(1)b Splošne uredbe o varstvu posameznikov pri obdelavi osebnih podatkov; GDPR). Prejeti osebni podatki se bodo obdelovali le toliko časa, dokler bo to potrebno za dosego namena, zaradi katerega se obdelujejo, torej dokler ne bo neposredna sklenitev pogodbe izvedena oziroma projekt zaključen in roki za poročanje, spremljanje in hrambo pretečeni. Skladno z Zakonom o varstvu dokumentarnega in arhivskega gradiva ter arhivih (Uradni list RS, št. 30/06, 51/14) je sprejet Klasifikacijski načrt Ministrstva za izobraževanje, znanost in šport, ki predpisuje rok in tip hrambe dokumentov, v katerih se nahajajo tudi osebni podatki. Dokumentacija o izvajanju mehanizma za okrevanje in odpornost se hrani v skladu s pravili hrambe dokumentarnega gradiva, vendar najmanj pet (5) let po zadnjem plačilu, prejetem od Evropske komisije v zvezi z izvajanjem načrta, z izjemo trajnega arhivskega gradiva. Vaše osebne podatke bomo uporabili za namene konference za izdajo potrdila o udeležbi, posredovanje gradiv, podatke bomo posredovali na MVZI za namen poročanja o projektu. S pisnim zahtevkom na elektronski naslov modrafakulteta@uni-lj.si lahko kadar koli uveljavljate svoje pravice dostopa do osebnih podatkov, popravka, omejitve obdelave in (v določenem obsegu) prenosljivosti osebnih podatkov.

Information on the processing of personal data
Your personal data collected through this application form will be processed by the Rector's Office of the University of Ljubljana (Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana), as the controller of personal data, for the purpose of conducting the micro-document training and issuing a certificate of completion of the micro-document training (legal basis Article 6(1)b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).The Rector's Office of the University of Ljubljana (Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana), as the controller of personal data, will process the personal data collected through this application form for the purpose of conducting the micro-document training and issuing a certificate of completion of the micro-document training. The personal data received will be processed only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are processed, i.e. until the direct conclusion of the contract has been carried out or the project has been completed and the reporting, monitoring and retention periods have expired. In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Documentary and Archival Material and Archives (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No 30/06, 51/14), the Classification Plan of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport has been adopted, which prescribes the duration and type of retention of documents containing personal data. The documentation on the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism shall be kept in accordance with the rules on the retention of documentary material, but at least five (5) years after the last payment received from the European Commission in connection with the implementation of the Plan, with the exception of permanent archival material. Your personal data will be used for the purposes of the conference for issuing the certificate of attendance, for the transmission of materials, and will be transmitted to the IGC for the purpose of reporting on the project. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing and (to the extent applicable) portability of your personal data at any time by submitting a written request to modrafakulteta@uni-lj.si.
