This workshop provides practical guidance on responsible scholarly peer review, with a particular focus on evaluating research data, ensuring transparency and reproducibility, and using AI tools responsibly throughout the review process.
This workshop will take place on November 13, 2026 at the Center Rog in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Personal Data Protection Notice
The registration form collects certain personal data for the purpose of organising the event.
The University of Ljubljana, Kongresni trg 12, Ljubljana (Data Protection Officer: dpo@uni-lj.si), acting as the data controller, will process participants' personal data (first and last name, organisation, and email address) for the purpose of organising and conducting the event (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Personal data collected through event registration will be deleted in a month after the event. Anonymous data will be saved for project reporting.
During the retention period, registered participants may exercise their rights of access to personal data, rectification, restriction of processing, and, to a certain extent, data portability. For assistance in exercising these rights, participants may contact the University of Ljubljana's Data Protection Officer (dpo@uni-lj.si).
